Although your center may have a contract with a literacy vendor, The Book Express offers an additional opportunity for your center to participate in as well-Book Displays! In addition, The Book Express does not require a contract. Also, we will be happy to work around any scheduled events that you may already have under contract, so that one does not interfere with the other. Our literacy program simply offers another avenue for your school to participate in, so that it benefits with additional materials and funds. There are three fantastic event options to choose from. You decide how small or large your display should be depending on the amount of space that you have. Then, choose which option best suits your schools requirements. Remember, this is a self-serve operation, so you can relax and not have to worry about requesting volunteers to work the display! In addition, because we are not like some vendors who require a contract, you get to choose how long and how often we return. And don't forget, you are not required to raise money if your school already is under contract to do so with another vendor. You may choose option #3 and still enjoy all the benefits of providing your classrooms with Free Books only!

How The Program Works
When you schedule an event, we come out to your school or center and display a beautiful array of childrens story books and classics, educational materials, general interest, adult titles, and gifts. Teachers, parents and children have up to one or two weeks to shop, you decide, at their leisure and purchase their items. Merchandise is "Cash and Carry! This simply means that the item can be purchased right off the rack and taken home immediately. If you prefer the order option, we can discuss this with you also, either way, your school benefits.
