Return and Refund Policy for Children's Books and Toys

The Book Express offers a 30 day money back guarantee provided the item has been unopened and is in its original packaging. The buyer pays for return shipping plus $5.00 restocking fee. We will provide a full refund once we have received the item. This may take up to 5 business days due to how the item(s) was purchased. Credit card purchases can take 5-7 business days. If the item was damaged or the wrong item was sent, you may return at your own expense and another item will be sent to replace the damaged or wrong item once we have received the item. In the event it is out of stock we will refund your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately by sending us an email so that your order does not ship and we we can issue a refund.

Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE. The Book Express ships via USPS media mail. Please DO NOT ship express or overnight when returning your item as we do not reimburse for this type of shipping expense. We follow the USPS standard shipping rates only. When returning your item please make sure that you request the Media Mail Postage rate from your mail provider if your are returning a book(s) or a book/toy combination item.  If you are returning anything other than a book/toy combination please use regular mail rates. Make sure to get a tracking number and receipt also. We do not ship on holidays or the weekend. If your order is received after 2:00 P.M it will ship on the next business day.
